If you submit the Start My Project form, I receive the name, email address, project type, budget range, timeline, goals, reason for reaching out, and any current product or website URL you provide. If you email me directly, I receive the information in your message.

On a successful form submission, your answers go to this site’s Cloudflare server function, which emails them through Cloudflare’s email service to usmanghani.design@gmail.com. I read the inquiry in that inbox and use the email address you entered to follow up directly. If delivery fails, the form shows an error instead of a success message. The website does not save inquiry answers in its own database; the email and delivery providers may retain messages or related records under their own policies.

When you visit, the hosting provider may receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages, and access times to deliver and secure the site.

I use your inquiry to understand the project and contact you directly by email. Our correspondence may cover questions, availability, a possible call, and a proposal. If we work together, I may use the same contact details to communicate about that project and keep appropriate business records.

Submitting the form does not enroll you in a newsletter. I do not sell your inquiry details or use them for targeted advertising through this site. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, these uses may rely on steps you request before a contract, performance of a contract, or my legitimate interest in responding and keeping appropriate business records.

Cloudflare hosts the site and its form endpoint and delivers project inquiries to my Gmail inbox, and Google handles that inbox and any replies I send. The site’s fonts and animation scripts are served from this website itself, not from third-party font or script services. Instagram and LinkedIn process information under their own policies if you follow those links.

These providers may operate in other countries. You can read the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for details of its practices. I may also disclose information if required by law or as needed to protect legal rights.

The site uses limited browser storage to remember that you have seen the intro animation and to manage page transitions. This is for the site experience, not advertising or visitor profiling. I have not added a site analytics or advertising tracker.

The website host may use cookies or similar technologies that are strictly necessary to deliver and secure the site, under its own policy. You can clear this site’s stored data in your browser settings. There is currently no separate cookie preference tool on this site.

Inquiry emails and any replies remain in my email account for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active project, and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping needs. If a conversation does not lead to a project, you can ask me to delete it; I will review that request against any information I need to keep.

Browser storage remains on your device until it is cleared by the site or your browser. Host and third-party retention periods are governed by their own policies.
